What's going on today?

The summer proved to be quite busy.  In real estate, that's good thing.  Our Columbia market has been so sluggish over the last year and a half, that we needed to get some energy shot into our economy.  As we were all doing all the usual summer activities...beach trips, July 4th celebrations, day camps, Bible school, swimming lessons... there were also buyers actively out and looking at homes.  And, buying them.

Rates continue to hover in the 3's, which still blows my mind every day!  Buyers and sellers are coming together so that job transfers can move forward, downsizing can occur, moving up into the bigger house can occur.  In short, our market is moving and that's good for us all.
